Field Service Specialist
Description
MuTracx will introduce Lunaris to the PCB market next year. High reliability is designed into Lunaris, as is leading edge remote diagnostics. Nevertheless, outstanding support from field service will be fundamental to our success and we are now looking to recruit high caliber Service Specialists to the MuTracx team.
Initially, first line support will be offered together with the development team. Moving forward the role will be to support 3rd channel service engineers and trouble shoot complex problems at customers sites.
Full training will take place at MuTracx main office in The Netherlands and then supporting the build and testing of the first Beta machines under supervision of the development team. This will give invaluable hands on experience with the product and ensure that you have a full network within the R&D team for problem solving.
Skills
Required skills are relevant service experience with complex equipment, containing a high level of software and electronic control elements (FPGA designs). Lunaris will have remote log in facilities for the 1st line analysis which will need to be optimized in the first filed contact period. First class communications sills with customer contact and development team are essential.
